You text a couple of photos. We send a flat price. On the day, we walk it with you for five minutes, you tell us what stays, and we work. Keep pile, donate pile, trash pile. Anything with a name on it, a photo, or paperwork gets set aside for you to look at. Then we sweep and you walk it again before you pay.
These are the hard ones and we treat them that way. If you're clearing a parent's house, we go slower, we set aside anything that looks personal, and we don't make you be there if you'd rather not. Usable furniture and household goods go to a donation center and you get the receipt.

Most two-car garages and basements are a half load, $379. A full house is one to two full loads at $649 each. Everything includes loading, hauling, dump fees, and the sweep. The price we text is the price you pay.
